At True Path Care, we bring over 15 years of experience in Disability, Nursing, and Community Services. Our team has worked in various roles, including Social Trainer with the Disability Services Commission (now part of the Department of Communities WA), Secure Care Officer with Kath French Secure Centre Stoneville, Residential Care Worker with Child Protection Services, and Disability Justice Officer with the Disability Justice Centre. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, you can trust that our management team is committed to providing person-centred and therapeutic support to improve and maintain your well-being.
